做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
