做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
