做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
