做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
