做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
