做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。
