做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
