做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
