做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
