做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
