做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
