做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
