做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
