做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
