做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
