做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
