做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
