做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
