做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
