做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
