做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
