做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
