做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
