做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
