做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
