做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
