做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
