做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
