做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
