做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
