做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
