做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
