做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
