做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
