做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
