做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
