做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
