做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
