做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
