做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
