做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
