做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
