做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
