做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
