做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
