做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
