做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
