做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
