做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
