做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
